Safety & rental terms
Please review before booking
Jumper safety
- No party string inside the jumper.
- Food, drinks and gum are prohibited.
- Units cannot be used with water unless specifically rented as a water unit.
- We will not set up where conditions are unsafe for children or equipment.
Access & setup
- Entrance to the setup area must be at least 4 feet wide.
- Customers must measure the setup area before booking.
- A fee may apply for stairs or setup on sand.
- Apartment and apartment-complex deliveries are not available.
Delivery & payment
- We work within a 3–4 hour delivery window.
- Orders over $100 require a $25 deposit.
- We accept Zelle, debit and credit cards.
- Equipment must be paid in full before it is left at the event.
Rental terms
- Standard pricing covers up to an 8-hour rental.
- Select delivery at least one hour before your event.
- Overnight pickup may be available for an additional fee.
- Cancellations within 72 hours may be subject to a fee; weather exceptions may apply.
